Third time there and each time is better and better. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful.
The coffee machines in the restaurant are awful. The coffee isn’t hot and the portions very small.

What was the highlight of Ensana Thermal Margaret Island
It was great, we enjoyed almost every bit of it, great location, except the denial of a treatment.
The location, the spa and the surroundings were top notch.
Couple of things - the hand soap, shampoo and body wash in the rooms all looked and smelled the same with consistency. Didn’t see any difference. So that was strange. Second, i had booked a bory wrap treatmnwnt for my husband. In the email I had clearly mentioned it was for my husband. One day before the treatment we also checked at the spa reception and they confirmed the appointment. However, on the day of the treatment, when my husbamd checked in at the reception, the therapist after looking at my husband denied the treatment and said it was only for women. The brochure and price list also mentions the treatmenrs as for both men and women. So we really didnt understand why thia happened. Since we wanted to enjoy the time we didn’t pursue this further at that time.
